When the soul is brought to judgment, it will be sentenced for the sins it committed while in this world. The sentence for those souls that do not choose either the path of righteousness or total evil is to be reincarnated into animals in this world. 12 Each soul will have to undergo several reincarnations, depending on the nature and amount of sins committed by said soul. For instance, a soul can be sentenced to three reincarnations into a dog, two reincarnations into a frog, etc. 13.
The particularity of these incarnations is that each time the soul takes the form of such animal, the soul knows who it was when it was a human being as well as the sins it committed when it was a human being. The soul also knows that the reason it was reincarnated into an animal was because of the sins it had committed. Finally, the soul recognizes the individuals it used to deal with when it was a human being and it causes great pain and distraught on the soul. This pain and distraught is what eventually rids the soul of its prior sins.
It is important to note, however, that the soul is not obligated to fulfill its sentence. If it does fulfill its sentence, it will rid itself of all its sins, it will have the opportunity to enter the Garden of Eden. If not, it will remain forever in either the Garden or Eden. Moreover, after each and every reincarnation, the soul is given the option to continue with the remainder of the sentence or to desist.
Once the soul undergoes its entire sentence and it is cleansed from all its sins, Elijah and Gabriel other highly angels accompany the soul, which is then turned into an angel, to the Garden of Eden which is the Fifth World. And if the soul is a descendent of Israel, Michael, the protector of Israel, and its gathering joins them.
As for those souls which plunge in the depths of evil, such as Nebuchadnezzar 14, Sanherib 15, and their priests their students throughout the generations, their souls are sent directly to Hell 16 and Doom 17 after their deaths. Once their sentence in Hell and/or Doom has passed, there are brought, by the officers of the First and Second Worlds, directly before the judges of the Eight and Ninth Worlds to undergo judgment. They will be sentenced to be reincarnated an infinite amount of times in animals which crawl on the surface of the earth (ants, roaches, snakes, etc.). Contrary to before, these will be forced to undergo these sentences.
This revelation was made to me on Passover of the year 5759 at the Western Wall. Woe is to anyone who dares to change anything stated herein.

12. This is hidden in the scripture which states: "וַיְהִי הָאָדָם, לְנֶפֶשׁ חַיָּה" "and man became a living soul." (Genises Ch. 2, Par. 7). Rashi comments that the term "נֶפֶשׁ" "soul" is the same term which is used when the scripture refers to animals. (see Genises Ch. 1, Par. 24).
